Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a qualified IT Administrator to add to our internal team. This full-time position is based at our Corporate office in Mattoon, Illinois. Ideal candidates will be a jack of all trades in IT including: server management, desktop management, network planning, peripheral management, and user support. Preferred candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Responsibilities:

• Administer security issues pertaining to any access including VPN and firewall security
• Support day to day operations of user workstations and infrastructure
• Provide new user IT training
• Provide support for third-party IT support vendor
• Installation and support of hardware

Requirements:

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Valid Driver’s License for day travel to ISS locations as needed
• Ability and willingness to learn technical information
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Creative thinker being in the know of new technology trends
• Willingness to be held accountable for results
• Highly organized
• Certifications from Microsoft will be given higher consideration
• ISS Web hosting and domain management
• VoIP knowledge and experience (8x8)
• Experienced in backup and disaster recovery and business continuity and contingency
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services; Windows desktop systems (Windows Virtual Desktops); Microsoft Exchange Server, SQL Server, general server/networking troubleshooting, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy/Active Directory Management; network design, architecture and implementation :and, wireless, routing and switching (Cisco and Aruba)
• Experience with Office 365 and products (Onedrive, Power Automate, Outlook, Word, Excel, Onenote, Teams); printer/scanner setup (Printix software); Active Directory and Permissions; and, Zoom
