Our Cyber & Control Risk Services team helps clients improve the governance, risk management, security, and compliance of their operations. This solutions-based service helps clients solve a diverse set of relevant business risks and requirements by utilizing our deep understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, IT systems, cybersecurity, and internal controls in businesses. Working with leading clients across various industries, you will assist in the execution of engagements ensuring we deliver according to our objectives and add value to our clients.
As a Cyber & Control Risk Services Associate at PBMares you are co-responsible for the execution and support of IT audits, SOC attestation, and cybersecurity consultancy work. You will support the PBMares accountants? team during audits, by checking whether the IT processes and applications of the client are trustworthy and if the PBMares accountants can actually rely on them. For SOC attestation, you will perform SOC readiness and reporting engagement services. For the consultancy activities, you will analyze your client?s IT and cybersecurity processes and applications based on various cybersecurity frameworks (i.e. SOC, NIST, COBIT, CIS, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, ISO, CMMC, FFIEC, and Yellow Book), assess the weak spots and determine what can be optimized. Accordingly, you will provide the client advice based on this.
Working with our leading clients in key industries in the Cyber & Control Risk Services team, you will gain exposure to:

• Conduct reviews on IT general computer controls and application controls on information systems;
• Perform IT internal audit services to client, including outsourcing services for Internal Audit Departments, co-sourcing, special review, etc.;
• Services regarding information security and data analytics to gain business insights;
• Assist organizations to improve risk management and internal controls;
• Attestation and consulting assignments on information systems and cybersecurity;
• Provide compliance services based on various laws and regulations of global capital markets and authorities
