You will have a variety of responsibilities including:

• Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation
• Documenting IT processes and keeping them current
• Liaison between IT and users to develop functional specifications
• Test business processes and recommend improvements
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
• Updating and compliance to IT policies

• Bachelor's Degree in Business IT
• 3+ years of experience working as a Functional. Data or Business Analyst
• 3+ years of experience in Access, Excel (Advanced). Visio and MS Project
• 3+ years of users interfacing experience - project oversight, user
