How you will do it
Assists in designing, integrating, developing, testing, and deploying IT services, solutions and processes
Provides first level support for IT services and works with IT Technical team to resolve issues
Supports multiple standardized or a few complex IT services/processes, in support of a limited number of functional areas and locations.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrated problem solving skills required
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business- IT
