Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support a car washing robot! Looking for energetic IT talent to join the fun, fast-paced IT Whitewater team.
• Install and troubleshoot the car wash POS; hardware, software, pay station terminals, etc.
• Hands-on repair of proximity sensors, control systems, receipt printers, RFID, LPR, mag-loops, gates, touchscreen, relays, and so much more!
• Low voltage cable installation and termination.
• Repair and install car wash camera systems.
• Lots of travel between stores in the market and occasional out-of-state travel when needed.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, switches, wireless, printers, and firewalls.
• Responding in a timely manner to IT issues and requests using internal ticketing software.
• Respond after hours/weekends when needed to maintain car wash operations.
• Provide awesome technical support across the company!
• Manage asset inventory, software licensing, order parts, and warranties.
• Setup and configuration of mobile devices.
• Collaborate with other departments during car wash maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.

• Experience with DRB or other car wash POS is a plus.
• Experience with relays, soldering, control systems, or robotics is a plus.
• 2 years of technical experience or equivalent associates/technical degree.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to investigate and solve problems.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Team Player who is willing to learn new tasks.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in the use of remote connecting software.
• Experience in hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast paced highly communicative team environment.
• Ability to be available occasionally for after-hours service calls and respond to high priority calls.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with general contractors and vendors as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between company locations.
• Ability to travel to different markets as needed.
• Must complete a pre-hire background check and driving history review
