You Will Be Responsible For

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Providing a high level of operational stability for property based technology.
• Provide 24 X 7 support for mission critical systems as documented in the service escalation document.
• Providing technical expertise and project management for all technology projects.
• Ensuring that user problems are addressed consistent with current Service Level Agreement.
• Implement and maintain backup and emergency procedures to ensure integrity of programs and data at all times.
• Assist the hotel in developing and maintaining a Disaster Recovery process.
• Ensure that Fairmont hotels technology Policies and Procedures are carried out.
• Recommend improvements on established incident management processes.
• Assist in maintaining and enforcing standard guidelines.
• Be fiscally responsible by adhering to set budgetary guidelines.

Your Experience And Skills Include

• Previous experience is an asset
• University degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience in a hospitality environment
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer
