ROLE PURPOSE

The Service Desk Analyst will work closely with the IS Support Analysts being the primary contact for Glory Global Solution employees seeking assistance with PC related issues or requests. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be required to build pcs, escalate service tickets, data mine in Microsoft Excel, and perform other IS tasks to help the department maintain efficiency.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Computer profile setup and configurating for the end user.
• Data analysis and comparison using Microsoft Excel.
• General user configuration setups and repairs.
• Review service tickets as they come in and escalate them to the appropriate level.
• Assist with purchasing required items needed for IS department.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Troubleshooting ability
• Microsoft Office experience
• Strong technical background
