Choice Labs, LLC is a rapidly expanding Michigan Center based medical and recreational cannabis processor and is looking to add a motivated Field Support Technician to assist with our growing operation. In this role you will work in support of all areas of operation. Job Responsibilities:

- Printer installation and troubleshooting
- Provide hardware support to computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Provide software support, including installations, patching, upgrades, etc.
- System imaging as needed
- Interacts with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction. Defines scope, plans and deliverables for assigned projects.
- Collects, identifies, defines and organizes detailed user and information technology requirements.
- Coordinates and collaborates with others in analyzing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
- Confirms and prioritizes project plans and deliverables with the customer.
- Participates in business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement and conversions.
- Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify and resolve business and or technical problems.
- Applies metrics to monitor performance
- System documentation
- IP Camera installation / monitoring
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
- Daily customer rounding

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience working in an IT technical support role
- Experience in network switch installation and vlan configuration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of desktop and network support including; Microsoft Office, Google GSuite Applications and Windows OS
- Must be able to complete projects and tasks independently with limited direct supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- On-site attendance

Preferred:

- CompTIA or Microsoft certifications
- Experience working in an Active Directory
- Experience with Mac end-user-computer clients
- Experience with Windows 10; Windows 11; Server 2019/2022
- Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree or equivalent experience
