Anne Arundel Dermatology is looking for a resourceful and eager full-time IT Support Technician to be a part of our team!

About the position:
- Full-time position with benefits
- Local Travel Required
- Primarily Monday through Friday, occasional weekend, and/or after-hours work
- Some physical activity involved, such as installation and lifting equipment
- Supports systems and processes in a regulatory controlled environment
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation are crucial to success
As part of the Enterprise IT Team, provide remote support to the AAD enterprise, and on-site support as required to local clinics/offices.
- Support desktop computers including core applications such as Microsoft Office, as well as specialized software such as NexTech.
- Support of peripherals such as printers, monitors, etc…
- Mobile Device Management
- Periodic Maintenance of Systems and Servers, such as UPS battery replacements.
- Clear and accurate documentation of support incidents.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Minimum of 2-4+ years of successful experience in supporting Microsoft Operating Systems
- Minimum of 2-4+ years of hands-on experience working with computers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Unquestionable integrity, Positive attitude, and a Strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime, sometimes with very short notice.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with a willingness and aptitude to learn new skills and build expertise with additional systems such as Active Directory, Networking, and Telecom.
