Your Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assistance for our clients' projects, including domain migration, email migration, website hosting migration, pushing sites live, DNS management, technical support, and more.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure cohesive execution of client projects.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in IT and web hosting. Experience with WordPress required.
• Experience with Flywheel a bonus.
• Strong understanding of domain migration, email migration, website hosting migration, pushing sites live, DNS, and technical support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
