Job Description:

Day to Day Work:

• Break fix repair of Industry standard enterprise level servers, blades, storage and networking equipment.
• Working with various teams in the data centre environment to schedule service outages, repairs, and validations, and inventory control and the associated paperwork.
• Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local Client team.

Requested Skills:

• Background in Hardware Server and /or Storage repairs, Data centre experience as plus
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complex.
• Specific Server and Storage training will be provided
• Learn and retain proprietary processes.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have

• break fix repair
• server / storage hardware repair skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
