Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Under supervision of the IT Manager, installs, maintains, troubleshoots and upgrades computer hardware, software, personal computer networks, peripheral equipment and electronic mail systems; assesses user training needs and trains users in effective use of applications; edits/creates Crystal Reports using the EMR reporting features; supports GE Centricity 10 and eClinical Works EMR functionality; prepares documentation and provides user assistance to other IT and CareSouth staff; and performs related work as required.

SKILLS/EDUCATION: An Associates Degree in Information Systems/Technology required. Bachelors Degree preferred. A minimum of two/three years experience strongly preferred.

HOURS: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
