Contact Center Developer (for IVR)
Position Summary: Contact Center Developer supports the Group Protection line of business, with a focus on IVR app dev on our Monarchy agile scrum team. This includes new development, customizations, and maintenance of interaction routing for Group Protection customers across Contact Center technologies including Genesys 8.5 and AWS. They will also be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing ‘lights on’ maintenance and enhancements and modifications on current platform as well as supporting migration from Genesys to Five9 platform.
Desired Industry Skills: Strong JAVA(8)/J2EE, VXML, GRXML, XML, JSP, JAVAScript, Struts, Spring/Hibernate, Micro Rest/Soap webservices, JSON, PL/SQL, GITLab, Splunk, Docker, Postman, JWS/WAS, Eclipse IDE and Oracle.
Desired Genesys Skills: Genesys Composer, Genesys Infrastructure (8.5), Genesys CME, WDE & WEE, Click to Chat, Callback (phone, web, and mobile), Nuance
Other Skills: Microsoft Office 365 suite (not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Teams)
Project Methodologies and Tools – AGILE (SCRUM, Kanban, Scrumban) and Waterfall, VersionOne
