Our company is seeking a janitorial supervisor to oversee the daily management of our warehouse, cleanrooms, offices and other buildings. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and great organizational skills to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and all necessary repairs are completed in an efficient manner. This position will be meeting with client operations team, quality team, and facilities team and will perform inspections nightly. Gowning is required and you must feel comfortable working in cleanrooms. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of five years of custodial experience, together with strong leadership skills, superb communication abilities and a dedication to the community.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the facility in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and furniture in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure that all employees are conducting their jobs safely and efficiently.
• conduct nightly audits and inspections.
• Ensure that facilities are well kept for public use.
• Serve as an expert resource for custodial and sanitation issues.
• Provide timely, efficient responses to emergencies and requests from staff members.
• Lead and train staff members in the safe, effective execution of their duties.
• have GMP experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
