Junior Accountant

We provide education on many men’s health conditions and then connect men to our provider partners for expert care. We are currently expanding our team to help grow our membership, provider network, and product portfolio.

About the Role: menMD is recruiting a Junior Accountant to join our Administrative team. In this role you will be working directly with our Controller on various accounting functions. Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Accounts Payable -inputting bills via Quickbooks, matching up invoices to PO's, creating checks.

• Running weekly/monthly KPI reports for management.
• Managing inventory through Google Sheets and Quickbooks.
• Accounts Receivable - issue invoices, cash receipts, deposits.
• Assist controller in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
• Other various projects as needed.

Ideal Experience:

• Accounting degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with Quickbooks preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Very comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets

Pay: $24.00 per hour

• GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)
• Quickbook: 1 year (Required)
