YOUR MISSION
-
Track, manage and validate new system/process implementation
-
Support Retail Controlling team to monitor results and implement controls on key metrics
-
Partner with the ECOM team to test, and implement new business plans and system improvements
-
Support product launch analysis, Canada % Rent calculation, and CAPEX summaries
-
Provide reporting and analysis of results vs historical and budgeted figures
-
Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc analysis for internal requests, as well as all levels of business
YOUR TALENT
-
1-2 years of experience in a Corporate Finance or Accounting environment
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
-
Strong technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
-
Retail/Ecommerce experience valuable
-
Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues
-
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience reporting on large amounts of data
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex projects and present key details / conclusions

Able to concisely and effectively deliver results to team members
-
High level of curiosity to explore, learn, and understand business information
