Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Buyer to join our purchasing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement of goods and services for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departmental teams. In this role you will report directly to the Purchasing and Inventory Manager.

Responsibilities-TEMP TO HIRE-7:00am to 3:30pm Pay depends on Experience

· Assist with the procurement of goods and services by sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing and placing orders.

· Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

· Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

· Collaborate with teams corporatewide to ensure purchasing activities align with departmental and company objectives

· Resolve transactional vendor quality complaints

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

· High School Diploma / GED

· 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with an ERP system

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Detail-oriented with the ability to multi- task

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
