A boutique marketing company operating out of Torrance, CA is seeking a Junior Designer to join their team. The company create luxury, unique gift boxes.
The position is full-time, 100% onsite Monday - Friday with plenty of room for creative ownership and growth. The ideal candidate is adaptable, creative, and works well collaboratively. The Junior Designer is responsible for creating content for clients across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Creative Director on initial design concepts and intent and apply this to a graphic representation.
- Work with materials/products based on photos and descriptions. A lot of the work will be to create 3D images of products and packaging based on design elements and photos.
- Resize and recreate graphics for numerous creative projects.
- Work at a heightened pace to support sales decks and brand pitches.
- Consistently enforce brand and style guidelines across all creative
- Presentations, Renderings, Case Mockups, and Packaging files.
- Manage and organize a large number of assets
- Vendor management & communication from the beginning of the project to completion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or design schools
- Must be able to come onsite everyday
- Has a distinguished portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Suite Programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) required
- Proficient in Origami and Bockshot preferred
- Experience in package design preferred
