ob Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Entry-Level Account Manager to join our team and provide support in the daily operations of our motor project. The Junior/Entry-Level Account Manager will play a crucial role in assisting with payment monitoring, managing outstanding balances, and maintaining regular communication with clients. Additionally, this position involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing documents, providing administrative support, and contributing to various projects under the guidance of senior team members.
Responsibilities:
Payment Monitoring: Assist in tracking and managing incoming and outgoing payments for the motor project, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Outstanding Balance Management: Collaborate in reviewing and analyzing outstanding balances, helping identify delinquencies, and taking proactive measures to minimize payment delays.
Client Communication: Maintain effective and regular communication with clients, responding to inquiries, providing account updates, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Calendar Management: Support the management of calendars, scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
Travel Coordination: Assist in arranging travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Document Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using relevant software tools.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including handling incoming calls, emails, and mail, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to support their projects, tasks, and initiatives, and contribute effectively to team objectives.
Business Development: Assist in identifying potential business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and building relationships with clients.
Client Relationship Management: Help cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring opportunities for further collaboration.
Project Coordination: Support the coordination and execution of go-to-market plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
Social Media Support: Contribute to the creation and editing of content for social media channels, aligning with the organization's brand and messaging.
CRM Management: Support the maintenance and updates of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
