We are looking for entry level professionals interested in helping those in need in our Junior Sales representative position. This position has the opportunity to grow into one of our lucrative Senior Sales Representative positions while learning our business.

Pay Range: $16 - $17 per hour plus commission

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calling on warm leads generated from our advertising campaigns using a Voice over IP (VOIP) phone system
• Supports the sales representatives by qualifying leads
• Updating customer call records using our Customer Relations Management software (CRM)
• Provides great customer service over the phone
• Assists patients over the phone with respiratory illnesses, helping them determine which oxygen therapy device is best for them
• Consistently exceeding performance targets and daily call quotas
• Communicates effectively with team members and management
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base wage ($16 - $17 per hour) plus uncapped commission
• Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM schedule with no nights or weekends

Qualifications:

• This is an full time, entry level position, with no experience required
• Must be comfortable talking with customers over the phone
• Experience using computers and CRM software is a plus
