KMA - Kentucky Medicine Aide

Kentucky Medicine Aide - KMA Job Summary:
- Pour and dispense all oral and topical medication.
- Document all medication administration.
- Report relevant resident observations to Charge Nurse.
- Participate in weekly care plan meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drugs and new developments.
- Perform other direct care tasks as required.

Kentucky Medicine Aide - KMA Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.
- Completed 90-hour pharmacology course for medicine aides and maintained a "C" average.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
