Role Scope and Requirements:

The Kids in Sports Director will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of all day to day operations including family satisfaction, program quality and safety, overall financial performance, and adherence to all Kids In Sports operating standards.

• Lead a team of Coaches to perform programming and meet performance standards
• Maintain an effective program and staff schedule
• Maximize registration by ensuring repeat and referral business
• Monitor program quality and parent satisfaction
• Execute local advertising and promotional plans and evaluate the results
• Build awareness and participation in community affairs to maintain sales opportunities

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 to 6 years experience in leadership of children's soccer programming
• Profit and Loss Experience
• Must be able to manage tasks quickly and effectively
• Proven ability to direct and train staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Displays honesty and personal integrity in all decision-making
• Enthusiastic, energetic, & personable
• Knowledgeable in early childhood development
• Demonstrates good judgment and decision-making capabilities
