At Shining Stars Preschool and Childcare Center we believe in letting children be children. We want them to explore nature and learn though play. We believe that our teachers are important and that we can't be successful without them. We are looking for teachers who are inspired, creative, caring and want to make a difference. There is no other career like an early childhood teacher and the feeling of worth and belonging from helping young children discover, create and experience joy. Our team works hard to treat teachers as family. We are also very nature based and believe strongly in learning through play. You have lot's of flexibility here to set your own lesson plan and curriculum.
