Responsibilities
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Develop research plan and manage medium/long-term strategic planning
- Overseas and manage operations of R&D projects
- Review patent and technology, and evaluate its technology value
- Keep current with trends in the industry with market research and networking
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationship with industry and Universities
- Collaborate with University Labs to work on Automotive Development project
- Build strong partnerships with leadership and HQ R&D Planning team
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Master’s degree in related major (Mobility, Composite, etc.)
- MOT (Management of Technology) plus
- 5+ years of related experiences
- Experience or understanding of recruitment process for manufacturing- based companies
- Experience working M& A and introduction of new technology is preferred
- Native in English, Proficiency in Korean is required
- Reside or willing to relocate to office location (Warren, MI)
