A&S Party Rental is seeking full-time General Labor / Delivery Drivers who have strong work ethics and excellent customer service skills to join our dynamic team in Franklin, Ohio. We are rapidly growing with the recent acquisition of two new locations (Lima and Cincinnati, Ohio), which have since been opened. Our current headquarters is located in Franklin, Ohio. We will be adding a fourth location within the next two years, which means that there is more opportunity for career advancements. We also work with flexible schedules. This position requires the ability to lift up to 75lbs.
A&S Party Rental is one of Ohio's largest Party Rental Companies. We rent tents, tables, inflatables, wedding décor, convention equipment, concession equipment and over 10,000 party rental items. In this position you will be joining our team to prepare and ensure quality products and supplies are provided to our customers. You will also be supervising several departments within our company.

We also offer overtime to those who are interested, although overtime cannot be guaranteed and is provided based upon the needs of the business. Responsibilities (here's what you'll be doing):
- Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner and set up the party rental items (Tables, Tents, Chairs, Bounce House Rentals, Etc.)
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Inspect and monitor party rental items
- Maintain accurate inventory of party rental items and complete paperwork for each customer
Qualifications (here are the things that you'll need to have):
- Experience in customer service, team building and team leading
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Great problem solver
- Dependable and team player
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
- Clean driving record/pass background check/pass drug test
- Have a great attitude!
