Qualifications:

We are hiring both entry-level and for more advanced positions. If you have no experience, we are very happy to train the right person. All applicants from entry level to highly experienced:

  • have a valid driver's license
  • are able to obtain a DOT medical card (at company expense)
  • are able to lift up to 50 lbs+
  • are able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • have good time management skills
  • do not mind working outdoors even when the weather is not perfect
  • are willing to continue their education
  • can take direction well
  • have a drive to grow and take on new challenges

Who We Need:

Level I-Level IV Technicians, Supervisors for Garden, Lawn, Irrigation and Hardscapes Division.

We have pay tiers that coordinate with experience, employee reviews, and training accomplished; see payment tier below. Minimum starting wage is $15/hr., with plenty of opportunity to advance quickly.

  • Landscaping is mostly a seasonal job unless you have mechanical skills, so the right candidate must also be dedicated to making the most of every available working day.
  • Year round employees have a variety of job tasks and may be asked to do several things across divisions
  • Turf Technician applicants must have trailer towing experience and a minimum of one complete season’s experience operating commercial mowing equipment.
  • Hardscape and Irrigation Technician applicants must have a proven and verifiable track record of skill sets.
