Responsibilities/Skills

• Driving a Truck and Trailer
• Great Customer Service
• Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns
• Weeding and mulching landscape beds
• Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs
• Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees
• Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees
• Constructing retaining walls and paver patios

Pay

• For the first two weeks, there is a probationary period where you will be paid $15 an hour. After that time you will be then paid $17 an hour
• After three months you will receive an additional $1 an hour
• After you reach $18 per hour we give you a dollar raise for each year you are on our team for up to 4 years.
• Christmas bonus: $25 for each month worked with us for a max of each year of $300
• $50 for each new customer we do work for that you talk to and give them our contact information
• $20 for each job you quote and land
