We currently are hiring for our Day and Night shift. These shifts offer a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Employees on nights work Monday to Thursday from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running.

Some general job duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Read blueprints
• Inspect parts
• Understand tech tables
• Adjust focal point
• Communicate well with Lionshead employees
• Read and comprehend routers, work instructions

Vacation Program:

• First year of employment

After 3 months + 40 hrs of vacation

After 6 months + 40 hrs of vacation (total of 80 hours)

After 9 months + 40 hrs of vacation (total of 120 hours)

After 1 year of employment = 120 hours of vacation for everyone

After 5 years of employment = 160 hours of vacation

Pay: $19.50 - $26.50 per hour
