Laser Technician

Our company prides itself on its superb customer service. We are a very busy office with many clients. Customer service is the #1 priority.

Laser Technician Qualifications and Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent listening and verbal and written communications skills

• A positive attitude/team player who is self-motivated, hard worker and understands how to treat their patients with impeccable customer service.

• Must be extremely organized and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Punctual, professional appearance and behavior, reliable, and trustworthy*

• Perform laser hair removal treatments and consultations

• Comfortable and confident in assessing patients’ health: screen each patient for relevant comorbidities, medical history and skin analysis

• Assist in coordinating meet-and-greets, luncheons, open houses, etc.

• Obtain patient before and after photos for documentation purposes

• Ensure all applicable consent forms in all rooms and make certain all necessary forms are completed by patient

• Be the expert practitioner -know the anatomy, the products, services and treatment options

• Provide patients with pre and post instructions, recommend skin care regiment

• Confident in ability to sell skin care products and cosmetic services/procedures (and yourself) when necessary

• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment at the beginning of the day and prepare room for the next business day

• Counsel patients by reviewing pre and post treatment care instructions

• Educate patients about products and services

• Maintain all treatment rooms by ensuring linens are clean, trash is emptied, and rooms are always impeccably clean, per Company protocols and standards

• Monitor supply levels and inform manager when supplies are running low/should be ordered

• Must have active State of Florida License

• Laser Hair Removal experience preferred, and advanced training will be provided

• Sales and customer service experience a must

• Experience with EMR (electronic medical records) and medical terminology helpful

*Must arrive 15 minutes prior to opening in the morning and stay until the last patient/clinician has departed the practice. This position may be required to work weekends and nights if needed
