WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Sort the used linens to be washed and monitor linens for stains and or damage.
• Dry the linens according to correct temperature settings.
• Fold and stock the linen shelves with clean linens.
• Assist house person and or room attendants with linens when needed.
• Attend periodic staff meeting with other department heads to discuss company policies and patrons’ complaints, and to make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operations.
• Exhibit objectivity and openness to others’ views; give and welcome feedback; contribute to building a positive team spirit; support everyone’s efforts to succeed.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality; apply feedback to improve performance; monitor own work to ensure quality.
• Follow instructions, respond to management direction; take responsibility for own actions; keep commitments; complete tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

. Requirements:
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Oral and written comprehension and expression.
• Ability to multi-task and follow instructions while remaining highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with and receive information from guests and coworkers.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, club members and fellow employees.
• Ability to adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques in order to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping service preferred.

Shift starts at 8:00am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ontario, OR 97914: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
