Job description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Laundry Technicians for a nursing home in Wildwood. As a Laundry Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, bedding, and clothing are cleaned and sanitized to meet our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, bedding, and clothing
- Inspect and repair damaged items as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry room
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with nursing home staff and residents
Requirements:
- Must pass a level 2 criminal background check (which we will pay for)
- Available to work the morning shift with rotating weekends
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No prior experience necessary - we will provide on-the-job training
