The ideal candidate will be able to work outdoors year round, be coach-able and willing to learn to grow within the company.

• Applicant must have mowing and landscape experience.
• Must be able to work as a team and assist the foreman on the job.
• Maintain lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots and other property ground areas.
• Help maintain the equipment, which may include repairs or preventative maintenance as needed.
• Maintain beds such as mulching, removing weeds, applying pre-emergent, trimming bushes/trees.
• During winter time, this job entails working overnight and long hours for snow removal.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
• This job is a seasonal job- candidate could be laid off for a month or 2 during winter time. Employee may pull unemployment at this time.

**MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION**

-No recent felonies (might be asked to pass a background check)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Saint Charles, MO 63304: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Lawn Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
