REPORTS TO: Regional Pre-Litigation General Manager

SALARY: Competitive salary commensurate with experience

POSITION/TYPE: Exempt

REQUIREMENTS: MUST have an active Bar license in Nebraska and at least (3) years of personal injury law experience

We are now opening an office in Oklahoma City to better serve our expanding clientele and are looking for a strong leader to join us in our new office!


Job Overview:

The Lead Attorney for Omaha, NE office will maintain and manage all phases of personal injury claims, including but not limited to research, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. Additionally, your team will include a case manager to assist with managing the high-volume caseload, client interactions and drafting & completing various correspondences and documents.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing a high-volume personal injury caseload through the pre-litigation claim process
  • Interacting and negotiating with insurance companies
  • Communicating and maintain positive client relationships
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements and other legal documents as required
  • Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – Excel, Word, etc. and tech savvy
