We are hiring immediately for a full-time, Lead Chemical Operator– and we are offering up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus!

YOUR ROLE

As a Lead Operator, you’ll play a critical role in manufacturing leading products like Purex, Dial Hand soap and Dial Bodywash. More specifically you will:

  • Work in a production environment and get trained to operate, maintain, and do light maintenance for your production machinery.
  • Label, fill and case pack machines while maintaining quality and safety.
  • Ensure all materials and resources are stocked and being used appropriately.
  • Operates mixers, pre-mixers and blending equipment to produce liquid soap.
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures. Safe handling of all chemicals in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Troubleshoots issues to ensure quality batches and proper functioning of equipment.
  • Accurately records data on batch sheets, batch logs, waste water logs, and in the logbook.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience operating equipment in a production environment
  • Must have experience completing basic trouble shooting and repair of production equipment
  • 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role.
