Are you an experienced Controls Engineer? Are you looking to lead controls strategy for an organization?

Excellent opportunity on offer for a Controls Engineer to join a market leader, who will give you the opportunity to drive change within the business, implementing new innovative process and play a huge role in the company's future success.

Do you have the ability to manage multiple projects at once? Are you familiar with Allen Bradley software?

This is a market leading business, who are known for the quality of their specialist products and high staff retention. Due to their ambitious growth and long term plans, they are looking to bring on board an experienced controls engineer to lead the controls function.

In this role your key responsibility will be to drive change, implement new processes and fundamental changes within the plant. On a day to day basis, you will work closely with the engineering and maintenance teams, providing breakdown support, troubleshooting all electrical and electronic systems, including PLCs and drive controls. You will mentor a Controls Technician who will look up to you for guidance and development.

The ideal candidate will be a proven controls engineer, who is looking to step up into a lead role, where they will be responsible for the plants control systems.

The Role:

• LeadControls Engineer
• Overseeing new innovative plant processes
• Working closely with maintenance and engineering teams on electrical and electronic equipment
• Troubleshooting industrial drives, and PLC's
• $100,000 - $120,000 + Training, Development, Progression, 401k, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance + Other Benefits

• Have a solid Controls Engineer background
• Have a significant amount of PLC troubleshooting experience
• Be Degree Qualified with Bachelors in Engineering
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects at once and work well under pressure
