Lead Installer – Trimlight of East Idaho

What You Will Own…

As the Lead Installer, you will supervise and participate as part of a 3-person crew to install our products on residential and commercial jobs. You will be responsible for the following:

· On-time and quality project installation.

· Training and development of your team in order to build a bench of leaders for additional crews.

· Positive customer experience while the job is underway.

· The health and safety of every team member.

· Preparation and maintenance of all required materials, PPE and tools required for the job.

You will report directly to the owner and drive one of our job trucks during the working day. A standard work week is expected, but depending on the seasonal demand occasional extended hours may be needed. This is a full-time position that include a competitive salary and includes performance bonus compensation.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Idaho Falls, ID: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Siding: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
