We are a small but rapidly growing Real Estate Company based in Richland Hills, TX with over 3000 units under our management in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Alabama. We are looking for candidates that are personable, energetic and self-motivated to join our team.

We are seeking a candidate with leasing experience to become a part of our team!!! May be willing to train the right candidate.

Bilingual a PLUS

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all lease transactions
• Attract new tenants
• Resolve tenant complaints
• All aspects of move-in's and move-out's
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Answer incoming calls and reply to emails
• Enter guest cards and input daily traffic
• Provide tours of the property and units available
• Track daily responsibilities on a smartphone app
• Run credit and background checks
• Daily office duties
• Inspect apartments to assure that they are move-in ready
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management preferred
• Familiarity with contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have smartphone with unlimited data
• Appfolio experience a plus but not required
• Bilingual a plus+++++

In this position, you would be responsible for providing prospects and tenants with great customer service. We are looking for a team player with an outgoing and positive attitude. Must be available to work some Saturdays and have your own reliable transportation.

Our company utilizes an app on your phone that serves as a communication tool between staff as well as logging work duties. This is required for all staff.

All positions will be evaluated after a 90 day probationary period. At that time you would begin to accrue paid time off and be eligible for paid holidays and medical, dental and vision insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
