Imperial Village Apartments is a privately owned and managed high-end, market-rate community located in the trendy neighborhood of Shrewsbury. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven professional to lease apartment homes.

In this position, you will be the point of contact that represents our community and all that it exemplifies. You will be an individual who is polished and possesses amazing sales skills in person, on the phone, and online.

Exceptional Customer Servic skills are needed to maintain a high level of occupancy as well as resident retention.

JOB DUTIES:

• Lease apartment homes from a beautiful contempoary office and model all in the same building.
• Generte traffic/appointments through company supported advertisements, agencies, internet sites and referrals.
• Manage Sales process from start to finish.
• Maintain your closing ratio to insure high level of occupancy.
• General Administrative duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven Sales techniques
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize a must.
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office, email and Web research
• MUST live within 30 minutes of the communty.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• A MINIMUM of 1Year Leasing and/or Leasing consultant sales

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
