Tri-Court Senior Living Apartments is an established independent living community for seniors, offering 378 apartments on a campus with three distinct buildings. We are looking for a passionate Full-time Leasing Specialist to promote our community.

Tri-Court Senior Living Apartments is operated by Independent Living Inc. and partnered with SHAG. We lead the market as the largest non-profit provider of affordable senior living for all incomes across the Puget Sound. With 5000 apartments spread over 17+ communities from Mountlake Terrace to Tacoma, we continue to grow.

As a Leasing Specialist your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Sell the property, using the leasing process from start to completion.
• Be the first point of contact for our prospects.
• Work with the team to ensure the community is tour ready.
• Tour prospective residents to sell apartment units.
• Proactive and timely communication on all pre-leases.
• Coordinate an excellent move-in experience for our new residents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in leasing residential property
• Minimum 1 year experience in LIHTC, preferred
• Demonstrated ability to sell the brand
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising sources
