Marden Dubord Bernier & Stevens, PA LLC is seeking a seasoned Legal Assistant to fill a full-time (40 hrs/week) position. The chosen candidate will provide assistance to multiple attorneys within the Insurance Defense department. The position’s primary duties include scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, other law offices and the courts, dictation and initial case intake responsibilities. This position is also responsible for legal billing. The position requires a high level of confidentiality in accordance with legal standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of related work experience as a legal secretary, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills, excellant scheduling skills, Legal billing (perferred) and will display professional conduct and appearance. The successful candidate must also be a notary public or meet the standards to become one.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $23.00 per hour
