We are looking for a Legal Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, answering and routing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the legal team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a professional demeanor. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Provide support to attorneys and staff with various tasks.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
