Day-to-day work will include journal entries, transactional accounting, account reconciliations and month-end close reporting.
- Process license and titles (both Illinois and out-of-state)
- Apply for duplicate and corrected titles
- Maintain inventory pertaining to L & T (plates, stickers, odometer statements and POAs)
- Filing deals
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

2+ years of of License and Title experience and dealership accounting experience

Out of State License and Title Experience, preferred

Experience in a high volume dealership, preferred

Knowledge of GL Software, CDK, preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Positive attitude and eagerness to improve

Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting
