Hill Agency & Associates of American Family Insurance is looking for a positive, motivated individual to join their championship team as a full time Licensed Insurance Advisor in the Creve Coeur / Maryland Heights, MO.

Responsibilities


The primary role of this position is to generate leads for insurance and help new clients protect what matters most to them.

  • Helps the Agency grow by using consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers (Auto, Home, Business, Life).
  • Proactively cross sells and or coordinates with agency team members to provide additional, appropriate coverage to existing customers.
  • Prospects for new business through leads, calls, networking events, and professional contacts (Includes leads through COI, social media, B2B and B2C networks, and sales lead groups).
  • Secures new business through individual effort and established lead methods.
  • Prepares proposals and delivers effective presentations in order to close sales.
  • Meets and exceeds sales goals


Requirements
  • A successful candidate must have their property & casualty insurance licenses prior to start. Life license is required 90 days from original hire date.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Successful sales background.
