Job description

We are seeking a Personal Lines Risk Advisor/Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for servicing customers by obtaining accurate information, quoting new policies, maintaining and reviewing policies and making changes when necessary, as well as assisting customers with billing questions, making payments, and other insurance/policy-related items.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries
Provide information about insurance products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain customer knowledge base pertaining to insurance needs

Qualifications:

Property & Casualty Insurance License required
Previous experience in insurance agency customer service environment preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The right candidate must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, have a customer-centered mentality, and able to work well in a team-based environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
