A growing Long Term Care facility in Indiana, PA, is actively looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to care for their patients.
This position is open to Contract and Direct Hire Opportunities
- Various Shifts (1st, and 3rd)
- 7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
- Every other weekend requirement
Job Summary:
- Provides individualized care to residents according to each resident’s care plan.
- Evaluates resident’s condition, gathers resident’s data and analyzes obtained information to assist in the development of the resident care plan.
- Maintains residents' electronic health record; documents observations as necessary per resident’s health status and as mandated by federal and state requirements.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed LPN in the State of Pennsylvania
- Required Contractor credentials: Professional Liability Insurance, Pre-employment Physical, PPD/Q-gold, CPR certification and COVID vaccination
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Standard shift:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
Weekly schedule:
- Rotating weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Indiana, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- LPN (Preferred)
