All Star Staffing, LLC is seeking responsible Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team, you will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care in a skilled nursing and assisted living facilities settings. NEW GRADS WELCOME.
Pay based on experience, plus pay differentials for evenings, nights and weekends.
We are looking for multiple locations: N. Andover, Lawrence, Lowell, Methuen, Haverhill, Wakefield, Norton, Wrentham, Danvers New Bedford and Taunton.
Job requirements
- Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facility
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
- Perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, safety, and sanitation
- Maintains professional working relationships with all associates.
- Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
- Understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
- Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Life Care’s Code of Conduct and completes mandatory Code of Conduct and other appropriate compliance training
Essential functions
- Understand State requirements and forecasting
- Perform functions of a staff nurse as required
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
- Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Must have the following:
- MA LPN License
- 2 Government Issued ID (Driver's License, State ID, Social Security, or any ID's that shows proof of work eligibility)
- 8 Hour Dementia Training Certificate
- Physical exam and PPD (PPD step 1 and 2)
- CPR / BLS
- COVID-19 Vaccination status
Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Temporary, and Per diem.
