The Hire Mark is recruiting LVN's for an adult residential treatment center in Tarzana.Swing and NOC Shifts are available.
Pay is 32 for no experience, upto 35 with experience. Differentials are given for Swing and NOC Shifts at facility's discretion.
Must work one weekend day
Job Description: • Prepares and maintains resident assessments and individualized service plans • Communicates clearly with Administrator, residents and families of any changes in condition or concerns • Manages, oversees, and assists personnel in In-service training and medications • Assures completion of all resident activities of daily living according to ISPs • Interviews, hires, trains, schedules and supervises all Healthcare staff and facilitates staff meetings and in-service training • Manages all physician communications, medical updates, and pharmacy cycle changes and orders. • Coordinates all dietary needs with Dining Coordinator and Dietician • Manages and maintains all medication orders, inventory and supplies • Renders emergency medical aid and wound care • Additional duties as assigned by Administration
