WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• The liaison between our external vendors and Babylon clinicians in regards to their licensing, enrollment, and credentialing.
• Initiating the credentialing and recredentialing process for Babylon clinicians in collaboration with our CVO.
• Responsible for the Credentialing Committee preparation and follow-up
• Liaison with state agencies and payors to ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted timely and accurately
• Develop reporting capabilities to communicate enrollment status and expected completion dates
• Work closely with our licensing vendor to ensure that our internal timelines are being met

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of experience in an enrollment and credentialing role
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change in accordance with business priorities
• Highly resourceful self-learner, with the ability to operate independently - forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask, keen attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Willingness to pitch in and assist with other projects and share responsibilities, as needed
• Bachelor's degree preferred
