WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- The liaison between our external vendors and Babylon clinicians in regards to their licensing, enrollment, and credentialing.
- Initiating the credentialing and recredentialing process for Babylon clinicians in collaboration with our CVO.
- Responsible for the Credentialing Committee preparation and follow-up
- Liaison with state agencies and payors to ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted timely and accurately
- Develop reporting capabilities to communicate enrollment status and expected completion dates
- Work closely with our licensing vendor to ensure that our internal timelines are being met
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of experience in an enrollment and credentialing role
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change in accordance with business priorities
- Highly resourceful self-learner, with the ability to operate independently - forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask, keen attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Willingness to pitch in and assist with other projects and share responsibilities, as needed
- Bachelor's degree preferred
