The ideal candidate for this position has had prior experience in a fine dining food setting. This candidate will provide support to the kitchen at Savoy in West Hartford, as a line cook and other areas as needed to meet the needs of the kitchen. Additional culinary training/coursework is a plus. Commitment to the customers, reliable to his or her co-workers, and be a self-motivated, organized, and detailed individual is a must. Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, and behavior are all required for this position.
The line cook will work along side our head chef to ensure we are providing a creative culinary experience for our guests while following the procedures of the restaurant. We welcome the opportunity for you to grow with us in the company and create a career path in our kitchen.
