This is a very fast paced environment with a lot to do. We are seeking motivated and experienced Line cooks, banquet/prep cooks, lunchtime line cooks, & dishwashers. With these jobs comes a special opportunity to be able to assist in weddings, private events, and much more.

Line cooks-We are looking for line cooks with experience in saute, grill, and fry stations. As a Line cook you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up assigned stations, maintaining product presentation, product quality, cook time standards, and preparing all menu items according to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs recipes, specifications, and plate presentation while maintaining a clean and sanitary work space. A qualified applicant must have good communication skills, be able to work well with others, able to lift anywhere from 25-50 pounds, food preparation equipment safely; while standing for periods of up to 8 hours at a time.

• ***All positions will require working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as well as on holidays***
• Provide a total sensory experience for our membership by taking pride in working behind the scenes to prepare quality products for our members
• Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative work environment
• Food service experience preferred, anyone with it will be considered first, basic understanding of food safety and practices
• Must have reliable transportation
• Poolside lunch service 7 days a week
• Dinner service Tuesday-Sunday
• Able and willing to do what is asked of them and follow basic instructions and recipes

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
